I design the thing. Then I build the thing.
At Identium I'm the whole product team. I do the UI/UX in Figma, then build the web, mobile and desktop apps myself in React, Next.js, React Native and Electron. Every logo, label and store graphic that leaves the office is mine too. Before this it was e-commerce, enterprise dashboards and client sites. The domain keeps changing. The craft doesn't. And yes, I lean on AI tools like Claude and Antigravity, because shipping alone at team speed is the whole trick.
